Registration for the Winfield Girls Rec Softball Spring 2024 season is here! Winfield Girls Rec Softball is a fun organization where girls can learn to play fastpitch softball from age 5 through 18. The season will begin in mid-March with practices with games running through mid June. Our opening day celebration will be toward the end of April and is a fun-filled day of events for all to enjoy including our annual parade of teams, opening ceremonies, first pitch, and games.

The (5u) Five year-old instructional program will include a focus on foundational skills, basics of the game, building confidence, and having fun! Players will receive a jersey, and participate in opening day and other festivities with the league. Practices will run 45-60 minutes once a week. Day of week TBD based on field availability. 

Clinics will be run by Winfield Coaches and volunteers. We will organize participants by age group, and players will rotate through various stations. Stations will include batting, fielding, various drills and games. Our goal is to reinforce and spark a love for softball in any potentially new players. We are able to differentiate our focus for all varieties of experience. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
