The Winfield Youth Softball Organization (WYSO) operates under the Winfield Recreation Counsel (WRC) which in turn operates under the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks (CCRP).

Volunteer Form and Background Check:
All Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks volunteers who serve on a regular basis (more than one day) for their recreation council or the Department are required to complete a volunteer registration form and sign the volunteer waiver/release.
This is a 2-step process.
Step 1: Every volunteer must go to: Volunteer Form. On that page there will be a form that must be filled out for 2022, whether you are due for renewal or not.
